2025 Sustainability Report

In a parked light-blue electric car, a young Black woman with long, curly hair is sitting in the front passenger seat. The car door is open, and her legs are hanging out, with her right leg bent and her foot resting on the car, and her left leg extended. She is wearing a brown tank top, beige twill pants, and white sneakers. She is holding a cell phone in her hands, looking at the screen, and smiling. A charging cable is plugged into the charging port, located near the taillight. On the right, the background consists of trees with green foliage and the facade of a light-colored building bathed in natural light. On the left side, there is the letter 'M' from the L M Mobilidade logo, rendered in a thin white outline. In the graphics area, aligned to the left, is the title of the publication, 2025 Sustainability Report, in white text, with the word “Sustainability” in uppercase letters and set within a royal blue banner. Also in the graphics area and below the report title, is the white L M Mobilidade logo, consisting of the letters L and M, which are partially overlapping and large. Across the entire cover is a design featuring royal blue organic lines, accompanied by two icons that, from left to right, represent a magnifying glass with a heart in the lens and a laurel wreath.
On the right side of the page, a group of people (men and women) are at a social gathering. They are wearing white T-shirts with the company logo. The space is open, with natural light, coconut trees, and sand. In the background is a roof covered with solar panels. Above them is a blue tent featuring the same logo as the T-shirts and the words 'L M 50 Years.'

A Message from the Management

In 2025, LM Mobilidade reached an historic milestone in its history. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we have not only established ourselves as the third-largest car-rental company in the country, but we have also reaffirmed our maturity as a respected institution by fully aligning ourselves with the global standards of Volkswagen Financial Services Brasil (VWFS). Our journey is guided by resilience and purpose, delivering results that demonstrate the strength of our business model.

In this cycle, we have prioritized the continuous improvement of the customer experience and the acceleration of our ESG agenda. We have managed to meet key decarbonization targets ahead of schedule and foster an increasingly diverse and inclusive workplace. LM Mobilidade

A successful track record

Founded in 1975 by Luiz Mendonça with just three vehicles, LM Mobilidade has grown from a regional operation in Salvador to become the third-largest car-rental company in the country. The business has established itself in the corporate fleet outsourcing market, expanding its operations into the heavy-duty vehicle segment and creating a network of pre-owned vehicles to ensure comprehensive asset lifecycle management. In 2022, Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) became the majority shareholder, marking the beginning of a new era. The new partnership combined LM Mobilidade’s expertise with the global standards of governance and financial strength of the world’s largest automotive group.
